Copper-steel bimetal sleeves normally be used for concrete mixer's joint, but it has following shortages:

　　1\ lower surface hardness, weak wearability,

　　2\lower tensile strength, easy broken under heavy load,

　　3\for hasped sleeves, defection sometime happened on hasp position.

　　Thin wall steel sleeves can solve above-mentioned problem, good effect easily get under low speed and heavy load condition.

　　Definition:wall thickness of quenching steel sleeve between 2.0 to 3.0mm

Characteristics

Using feature

　　1\ high basal toughness, higher internal surface hardness, shock resistance and wear ability are highly improved.

　　2\ due to the Vulcanizing or Phosphatizing treatment, friction factor is largely reduced to avoid early wearing failure.

　　3\suitable for heavy-duty working condition, replacing the bimetal sleeves and has been lot used on concrete mixer.
