Oiling grooves is normally used for bearing to reserve oil and lubricate the sliding surface, the disadvantage is:

　　1. Reduced the loading ability in reserving and distributing oil process, and reduced using life.

　　2. The oil can not well-distributed, leading lubricating blind zone and sliding surface easily occlusion together.

　　3. Oil reserve ability is finite, need frequent maintenance in the using life.

HDSLB overcome the above disadvantages, and its distinguishing feature is,

　　1. Seal-less sleeves, core shape blind holes,oil pits, are even distributed on the internal surface.

　　2. The oil pits has perfect oil reserve ability 3-5 times than normal oil grooves, it can last long time without maintenance.

　　3. Oil pits is evenly distributed in the bearing internal face, only need a little sliding action, oil can be supplied without lubricating blind zone.

　　4. The oil pits do not reduce the bearing loading ability and the bearing's using life is prolonged.
